Ukrainian-born artist Pikkauch built her musical foundation on the dance floor of HALL club before stepping behind the decks herself. Driven by an obsession with heavy melodic basslines, electro, and raw acid, her energy is purely infectious.
Since making her debut at Berlin's Tresor for Dame-Music’s New Faces night in July 2022, she’s been bringing her signature warmth and grit to selector slots across Europe. As she put it best in an interview with Groove: "When I hear an acid bassline, I get the same feeling that I get on a warm sunny day. It just makes me happy!"
---
Her mix moves through the darker corridors of industrial techno and EBM, lacing caustic acid lines and fractured vocal samples over relentless kick drums that swing between broken rhythmic patterns and locked four-four grooves. The low end is dense and distorted, synths arrive cold and deliberate, and the overall palette sits somewhere between the raw mechanics of classic body music and the confrontational energy of contemporary European hard techno... precise, unrelenting, and built entirely for the floor.
