    "RebElles" is both an exhibition and a rebellion against male-dominated art worlds in a binary and heteronormative society and aims to shine a spotlight on the many female FLINTA* artists, especially in Freiburg. But it is also intended to be a search for the question of who actually makes a mark and writes history. Because I lacked suitable role-models in the decisive period of my youth, I created my own. And may try to inspire others today.
