    In his performance, The Way I Are (sequence II), presented as part of the programm "Über Nacht" at BIA | Black Forest Institute of Art on June 30, 2024, artist Luca Büchler works with dance and the various aspect of passive and active participation derived from cruising. Büchler uses cruising – the practice of witnessing and encountering potential partners in an everyday life context – to question movement. Exploring the physical through set corporal language, the body and his movements become (in)visible through the alternation of light and shadow.
