This month, ptt.snt joins the show curated by Krimska. ptt.snt (petite saint) cruises between styles, aiming to create intriguing and surprising sets. Growing up in a remote mountain area, she found passion in music through dub events. Later, moving to Lyon, she became fascinated by the underground techno scene. These two sources of inspiration blend in a project built around melancholic or euphoric sounds as well as percussive rhythms with deep basslines. “This set expresses the emotional numbness that creeps up on me every winter, but also the surge of energy and hope I feel when the sun returns. It’s progressive but not linear — much like my moods : a bit of breakbeat, a lot of techno, and an atmosphere that’s more introspective than usual for me.” photo credit: @romain.guede
